Australian pianists Nick Young and ZORSY joined forces to celebrate their common love for the music of Final Fantasy VII, and the launch of their first collaborative album devoted solely to this groundbreaking videogame. Blending virtuosic classical and fusion-jazz techniques, the acoustic richness of 9-foot concert grand piano and 8-bit expressiveness of synthesiser keys, this was a visual and sonic experience that was not to be missed! The event also featured the talents of oboist Yi-Ling Ng, violinist Lawrence Tsui and singer-songwriter Pekoe, performing favourites from across the Final Fantasy franchise with the ensemble.
